Primark Cares Measurement & Reporting Manager
Purpose of role : As Primark Cares Measurement and Reporting Manager, you will work in a collaborative role in driving the Primark Cares strategy programme, working as part of a team to ensure delivery of Primark’s sustainability commitments to Product, Planet and People.
You will safeguard the foundations of the Primark Cares vision, whilst progressing solutions that support business wide teams to deliver on ambitious targets and pushing boundaries to achieve best in industry status in sustainability. You will use your relationship-building and influencing skills to champion Primark Cares Strategy and the team across the company, ensuring that the sustainability ambitions are inherent in the way Primark operate and grow as a business.
With demonstrated management experience, and proven expertise in ESG and retail data and reporting, you will support company-wide strategy in a fast-paced, global environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning
Collaborate with target owners and the Primark Cares team to define and implement measurement and reporting strategies aligned with sustainability goals and legislation.
Monitor external trends, risks, and competitor activity to keep Primark ahead in sustainability.
Support strategic planning through research and risk mapping.
Delivery
Develop and embed standards, policies, and procedures for sustainability reporting across the business.
Ensure transparent, accessible reporting that meets internal and external requirements.
Align with ABF and other teams to integrate reporting into governance and operations.
Support senior stakeholders with data-driven materials for key meetings.
Lead best practices in reporting and assurance and support external partnerships.
Collaboration
Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders using data to drive change.
Work with senior leaders to shape ESG reporting strategy.
Lead ESG data and reporting working groups, ensuring effective communication and education across the business.
Leadership
Inspire and mentor team members, promoting a culture of sustainability.
Strategically lead development of reporting functions and workstreams.
Build and manage a centralised sustainability reporting function.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
8+ years leading ESG data and reporting transformation in large or consultancy-based environments, ideally within global retail.
Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide change with a focus on Product, Planet, and People.
Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills.
Strategic communicator with the ability to inspire ownership and accountability.
Deep expertise in ESG data, measurement, and reporting.
