HR Specialist

Our client, a major provider of engineering & technical services to the multinational manufacturing sector in Ireland, is expanding their HR team and has engaged with us in Cpl to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to join the HR team.

The Job:

The successful candidate will be a key part of the HR team, report directly to the HR Manager, and cover a wide remit of HR duties and projects across the site. These will include, but are not limited to:

- Employee engagement and query resolution

- T&A reporting

- Compensation and benefits administration

- Running recruitment campaigns

- Onboarding new hires

- Overseeing training/L&D programmes

- HR metrics/data reporting

- Supporting the HR Manager and wider leadership teams with their HR needs and projects

Your Skills/Experience that we need:

- 3rd level degree qualified in HR or a related discipline

- 3+ years relevant HR experience as a minimum

- Experience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment is not essential but would be an advantage

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels

- Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills

- Due to the rural location of this company on the Limerick/Cork border, you must have your own transport

The Offer:

This is a permanent role, and salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to range from 45k to approximately 50k for a more experienced candidate.

Please note this role will be fully office-based initially but with the potential for 1 day from home/remote once fully onboarded.
