Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experiences? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead our busy suburban village pub located in Dublin. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the pub, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Manage, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Drive sales and profitability through effective stock control, cost management, and promotions. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with licensing laws. Build strong relationships with customers, staff, and the local community. Develop and implement ideas to grow food & beverage sales and enhance the pubs reputation. Requirements: Previous management experience in pubs, bars, or hospitality. Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Excellent customer service focus and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Knowledge of stock control, ordering, and cash handling.
