Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Sales Stock and Order Processing Executive in Dublin 12.

Permanent, full time role

Hybrid

Salary up to €40,000

Responsibilities

- Act as the primary contact for the dealer network on new vehicle orders and deliveries.

- Proactively manage delivery timelines for vehicle orders and communicate supply updates to dealers.

- Liaise with logistics and transport partners to coordinate vehicle deliveries.

- Work closely with production planning, regional logistics teams, shipping companies, and other supply chain stakeholders.

- Maintain and update the online ordering system to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and supply plans.

- Identify system or process issues, report exceptions, and propose improvements.

- Monitor demand data accuracy and trends, providing insights to demand and production planning teams.

- Recommend and implement improvements in data quality and data visualisation.

- Support senior supply chain team members in introducing lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist with demand and production planning activities.

- Collaborate with sales teams to respond to vehicle supply queries.

- Ensure optimal showroom display stock levels are maintained.

- Minimize aged inventory and ensure fresh stock availability.

- Manage fleet vehicle operations including onboarding, preparation, usage and disposal.

- Monitor compliance for company pool vehicles, including tolls and taxation.

The Person

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

- Previous experience in forecasting or logistics is an advantage.

- Attention to detail is critical with keen numeric and analytical ability.

- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills essential.

- Team player.

- Full Driving Licence.
