Project Manager Groundworks & Civils (Dublin) A Project Manager is required by a well-established contractor with multiple active sites across Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with civil engineering and groundworks experience to oversee large-scale residential and commercial developments. The successful candidate will manage multiple sites, coordinating groundworks, civils, and structural packages to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Duties: Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of groundworks, civils, and structural works across multiple Dublin sites. Manage project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Oversee project schedules, procurement, and resource allocation. Review project drawings, method statements, and risk assessments. Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with design and client specifications. Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and local authorities. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Prepare project reports, financial forecasts, and progress updates for senior management. Requirements: Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Minimum 710 years experience managing groundworks and civils projects in Ireland or the UK. Proven ability to manage multiple sites and complex projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong understanding of Health & Safety, QA/QC, and project cost control. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel between Dublin sites. Salary & Benefits: Salary circa €8595K, depending on experience. Company vehicle and excellent benefits package. Opportunity to manage projects across 8 active sites in Dublin.
