The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are executed on time, within scope, and to quality and budgetary requirements.ResponsibilitiesDefine, create, and maintain detailed project plans and work packages, including scope, milestones, and deliverables.Lead project reviews and present progress updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the project life cycle.Collaborate closely with internal and external supply chain teams to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained.Deliver against agreed project milestones and revenue targets.Ensure all project documentation complies with company and customer requirements.RequirementsDegree in an Engineering discipline, with at least 5 years of proven project management experience.Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects from concept through to completion.Technical experience in hardware product development - ideally within the space, aerospace, or medical devices sectors.Strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on key priorities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.Flexible and adaptable to change in dynamic project environments.Collaborative, supportive, and committed to high performance standards.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
