We are looking for a skilled BIM Technician to join the team in Dublin and contribute to our client's growing portfolio of successful projects in the Irish market.

As a BIM Technician, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for commercial and residential projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop detailed 3D models that accurately represent all aspects of the design and construction process. Your role will involve coordinating with various disciplines to ensure that models are fully integrated and compliant with project requirements and standards. Additionally, you will assist in resolving any design conflicts and support the team in delivering projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working as a BIM Technician, specifically on commercial and residential projects. Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit or Navisworks, is essential. You should have a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team are key to success in this role. Familiarity with Ireland's building regulations and standards is a plus.
