Your new companyOne of Ireland's top M&E Contractors that has been in operation for 30+ years. They work on various projects, including Commercial, Pharma, Data Centres, Commercial, Education, and a host of bespoke award-winning projects. Utilising BIM for over a decade on numerous, complex construction projects has earned them the BSI BIM level 2 accreditation. The BIM team works closely with the VDC team to ensure that they utilise the most modern technologies to ensure projects are run as smoothly as possible. They are now looking to recruit an experienced BIM Coordinator to join its growing BIM department.Your new roleYou will join a team of ambitious, innovative coordinators and technicians challenged with delivering projects from their diverse range of clients through multiple sectors. Your duties in this role will include:Development of 3D coordinated services and structure layouts for clash control.The production of builders' works schedules and associated drawings.Production of 2D and 3D design drawings, prefabrication isometrics and details.Development of models and reports in line with company requirements.Production of GA’s and detailing sheets.Manage the in-house drawing control and drawing schedules, ensuring drawing management is up-to-date.What you'll need to succeedThird level degree/Trade experience advantageous. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. The skills you will need to thrive in this role are: 3D Construction models, BOM, Clash Management, Problem-Solving, Field surveying, Design Tools, BIM, CRM, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Training & Development, Systems Development, Drawing Controls, Coordination, Engineering and BIM.What you'll get in returnYou will receive an excellent package of salary based on your own experience, bonus, health care, travel schemes, paid expenses, and be part of the CPD scheme.
