What does the role involve?

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of existing customers.
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions using Hilti's innovative products and services.
- Collaborating with teammates and cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Working from our Dublin Head Office (Finglas), with hybrid working available (2 days at home, 3 days in office) after 6 months .

This is not a typical sales role. At Hilti, we focus on quality over quantity—building long-term partnerships, not just transactions.

What you need is:

- Experience in sales or customer service (essential)
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for learning
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Full working rights in Ireland
