Architect

Overview

This position is ideal for an Architect with 5–10 years of experience who is looking to take the lead on projects while still collaborating closely within a wider team. You will have the opportunity to work on both large and small-scale projects, delivering high-quality design and technical documentation from feasibility through to construction.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage commercial, retail, and residential projects across multiple stages

- Oversee feasibility, planning, and tender documentation

- Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR

- Contribute to concept and detailed design development

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure high standards of delivery

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Skills and Experience

- RI AI Registered Architect

- 5–10 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR compliance

- Experience managing projects through feasibility, planning, and construction stages

- Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit and comfortable working within a BIM environment

- Experience in both residential and commercial sectors

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team
