Grade: Associate Director or Director

Contract type: Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group:

PQE 5 years minimum.

Strong corporate law experience and company law knowledge.

Exposure to corporate M&A and/or structuring work would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.

Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and commercial contracting.

Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market working alongside colleagues with a broad and diverse set of skills and from multiple jurisdictions

Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams
