Managing staffing levels, fostering staff development, and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team. Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care for patients according to BSHS standards. Maintain compliance with safety protocols, policies, and best practices in patient care. Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
