Key duties include managing staffing levels, fostering staff development, and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.Requirements: ·Registered in the relevant division of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI]·A minimum of 5 years full time relevant post qualification experience in an acute setting.·With at least two of those years being within the specialty or related area. ·Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.·Demonstrate evidence of continuous professional developmentDesirable·Peri-operative Qualification·Post Graduate course or relevant education course·Healthcare Management Qualification·Experience with an Electronic Health Record·Preceptorship experienceSalary:€60, – €76, (dependant on years’ experience)Benefits:·Continuous Professional Development support·Career progression opportunities·Competitive Pay·Relocation package available (where applicable) *Please send CV and NMBI registration to: Note: KCR does not charge any recruitment fee to candidates and all candidates are interviewed before receiving a job offer from a hospital/service.
