The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for the role of Senior Analyst - Lease Data for a 12-month fixed term contract in our Dublin office reporting directly to the Head of Lease Data within our Lease Management team. The Senior Analyst - Lease Data will be responsible for maintaining Avolon’s lease management system (“ATOM”).

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for raising Rent, Deposit, Servicing and Ad Hoc invoices within necessary timeframes to ensure timely payment;
- Review and input contract information from Letter of Intents and leases in ATOM immediately post execution;
- Work with Finance to ensure the financial reporting of lease revenue, maintenance reserves, etc. is complete and accurate;
- Liaise with the Customer Engagement team to ensure proper and appropriate feedback on the status of each Lessee’s receivables and to resolve invoicing and data issues where required;
- Provide input to reports on the fleet of aircraft that Avolon manages for third parties;
- Undertake lease due diligence;
- Participate in SOX compliance procedures and respond to external audit requests;

You will be diligent, thorough and numerate with a keen attention to detail. You will have the ability to work under your own initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining excellent organisational skills. You must be flexible and adaptable with an ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and have excellent communication skills. You must hold internal customer expectations as core and deliver with pride.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Educated to third level qualification within a related discipline;
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or similar qualification is preferred;
- Experience working within a SOX compliant environment is an advantage;
- Strong organisational and project management skills;
- Direct, effective, and engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
- Driven, focused, resourceful and self-motivated with an ability to think independently and work to proactively identify solutions to issues as they arise;
- Showcase a track record of delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced commercial environment;
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while managing multiple competing work streams;
- Demonstrated ability to balance and manage conflicting requirements and goals to ensure deadlines are met;
