As a Manufacturing Director, you will engage with internal cross-functional leaders to ensure business operational objectives are met in alignment with the Global Operations & Supply Chain (GO&SC) strategy and relevant Operating Units (OU) strategies. You will oversee the delivery and communication of progress towards these goals. Come for a job, stay for a career A Day in The Life Of: Lead and ensure the manufacturing team's goals and objectives, alongside relevant OUs, are resourced and achieved across designated product families. Coordinate resolution of inter-site dependencies, ensuring alignment on priorities for optimal business results across the manufacturing platform and Operating Unit. Serve as the custodian and advocate for customer value, strategically sourcing and deploying resources to meet customer needs. Align with the OU's strategic direction, maintaining a strong connection with customer needs to drive continuous improvement across all activities. Define and champion the future strategic direction of product families at the site, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead daily manufacturing activities in accordance with Medtronic Performance Systems (MPS). Foster an engaging work environment that enhances customer value through a motivated and inspired team, ensuring best-in-class standards across activities. Align with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) funding objectives within Parkmore and oversee their successful achievement. Proactively identify and communicate issues, concerns, and priorities to stakeholder teams, ensuring effective execution and collaboration on projects and programs. Stay informed on strategic GO&SC strategy and OU business objectives, supporting their achievement as needed. Ensure visibility of the business's current state, including challenges, opportunities, and both short- and long-term goals.
