APU Materials Graduate

Dublin Aerospace Group is a Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO) based in Ireland and the UK, specialising in Base Maintenance, Landing Gear and APU overhaul. We are a leading player in the MRO market in Europe and have established ourselves as a high quality, reliable service provider.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic APU Materials Graduate Engineer to join our APU team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic overhaul environment, supporting the procurement and management of APU components and materials.

Location: Hangar 5, Dublin Airport

Contract Type: 2 Year Fixed Term (with potential for permanent placement)

Reports to: Senior Materials Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, airworthiness regulations, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Accurately process purchase orders and manage the issuing of Dublin Aerospace and customer-owned materials.

Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Maintain effective use of IT systems and ensure data accuracy and housekeeping.

Manage the APU material supply chain, including ordering, tracking, and shipping of components.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, provide feedback, and maintain a competitive and reliable supply base.

Undertake additional duties as reasonably assigned by the company.

Person Specification
Essential

Recent graduate (within the past 4 years) with a minimum Level 7 qualification in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

High level of attention to detail and organisational ability.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and flexible.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligible to obtain and maintain a current valid airside pass (must pass a 5‑year security background check).

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Full Driving Licence.

Permitted to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restriction.

Desirable

Previous internship or work experience in a supply chain or aerospace engineering role.

Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
