Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to be based in Dublin.
Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the company’s EHS Management System on the project
Promote a positive health and safety culture on site with site management, contractors, and workers
Monitor EHS compliance on site and generate weekly inspections and reports
Develop, maintain, and foster collaborative relationships with the wider project team
Influence and coach the site team in implementing best-practice EHS standards
Requirements Recognised EHS degree or diploma (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred)
8+ years’ experience in health and safety roles
Previous construction experience preferred
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications
Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
