This maternity leave cover leads environmental, health, safety, and ESG initiatives across Mallinckrodt’s Brands business. It partners globally across Commercial, Clinical, and international operations (including Ireland and Japan), driving strategy, compliance, and cultural transformation in EHS performance.
Responsibilities Lead environmental, health, safety, and ESG initiatives across the Brands business during maternity leave cover.
Partner globally across Commercial, Clinical, and international operations (including Ireland and Japan).
Drive strategy, compliance, and cultural transformation in EHS performance.
Qualifications 15+ years of EHS leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, facilities, or lab environments
A degree in EHS or related science field (or equivalent practical experience)
Deep knowledge of international EHS regulations and ESG frameworks
Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams
Experience managing audits, digital EHS systems, and global compliance programs
