Seeking to hire an expert in React Native. This is a Senior Full Stack Developer role (role breakdown approx. 50% Backend / DevOps, 25% React, 25% React Native). Essential experience required with React Native Must have recent experience building an app from scratch or modifying an existing one. You should have worked with business requirements, adapted the app to meet those needs, added modules, and developed significant user features. You MUST demonstrate previous experience building scalable, flexible, performant, resilient, and secure software systems /platforms. This must be very clear from reading your cv. Fully remote position. They are open to perm or contract. Equity in the company. If your colleagues would describe you as a top performer whos smart, talented, and passionate about technology and problem-solving, then you could be the perfect fit Min 5-10 years commercial coding experience React Native (Min 3 yrs) Must have recent experience building an app from scratch or modifying an existing one. You should have worked with business requirements, adapted the app to meet those needs, added modules, and developed significant user features. React Must have hands-on experience developing applications, building components, and managing state efficiently in a production environment. Javascript- proven experience building production applications. Node - the ability to write basic Node applications that interface with a database, craft API responses, and encapsulate basic business logic. React experience is a must, but Node skills can be upskilled after joining if you have limited experience Integrations Strong ability to read and understand third-party documentation, design solutions, and build and integrate APIs. Backend-Specific Responsibilities: Building in-house pipelines Developing custom automation for code deployment and testing. Architecting infrastructure Designing cloud infrastructure and networking solutions. Database management Setting up and optimizing databases. Cloud (Any cloud exp is transferable) Azure - Experience with Cosmos DB for database management, Azure Front Door as a proxy, Azure Function Apps for services and API layers, and Azure Event Grid for event-driven architecture. Any cloud experience is transferable. For example, you can use NoSQL/MongoDB instead of Cosmos, or Lambda (Serverless) instead of Azure Functions. DevOps Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Automation Setting up and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automating deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes. CI/CD Pipelines Building and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Monitoring & Logging Ensuring system reliability and performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Security & Compliance Managing security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with Developers Helping streamline deployments and optimize software performance in production environments.
