Cluster role for experienced Revenue Manager, remote and hybrid options available This is a great progression opportunity with an esteemed hotel group for an experienced Revenue Manager. TheCluster Revenue Manager is responsible for driving the revenue strategy forward, ensuring proactive and strategic revenue management practices are in place to achieve targets and KPIs. Key responsibilities: Directly oversee revenue management at two sites and support teams at two further sites with distribution strategies and fundamental revenue management. Generate and review daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel. Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons by segment. Manage and oversee strategy for all third party distribution with hotel teams. Responsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies. Analyse overall monthly hotel performance reports from hotel teams, provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies. Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity. Assist hotel teams in maintaining operational standards for reservations departments. Ensure booking engine process is maintained up-to-date and functional at each property. Work in liaison with individual hotel operations, sales, marketing, revenue and reservations departments with the support of the Group Director of Sales & Marketing. Assist hotel teams and Group DOSM in monthly forecasting and annual budget process. The ideal candidate: Minimum of three years experience as Revenue Manager within a 4/5 star hotel. Thorough knowledge of Revenue Management processes. Thorough knowledge of PMS and booking engine functionality, preferably HotSoft and SynXis. Thorough knowledge of Excel and numerical reporting. Excellent communication skills with fluent written and oral English. Ability to work to deadlines and to be proactive. Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to various hotel sites as required. Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to self-prioritize. Strong people management skills. Valid drivers licence. This role requires travel to the various properties, but is available on either fully remote or hybrid basis.
