We are looking for an experienced and accomplished General Manager to join the team of this well-known 4* hotel in North West of Ireland.

As the General Manager, you will be entrusted with the leadership and strategic direction of the hotel. Your mission is to ensure that our guests enjoy unparalleled comfort, memorable dining, and exceptional service at the property. This is a unique opportunity to oversee and elevate a well-known hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Manage hotel operations, including accommodations, dining, events, and facilities, to maintain the property's impeccable condition and functionality. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans for the hotel to enhance guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and exceptional guest service. Guest Experience: Oversee all aspects of guest services at the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a remarkable and seamless stay. Financial Management: Effectively manage budgets, control costs, and implement revenue-generating strategies to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in a General Manager role. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. A passion for curating exceptional guest experiences and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and lead a diverse team. Global perspective on all hospitality trends and a commitment to implementing innovative strategies. A strong sense of responsibility and integrity in preserving the legacy and reputation of the hotel.
