Join our team at a global tech leader as a Quality Analyst – GERMAN speaker, where you’ll help improve generative AI tools through smart, human-led data annotation and content refinement.
? What You’ll Do:
✅ Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals
✅ Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans
✅ Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements
✅ Manage quality systems and support operational projects
✅ Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes
? What You Need:
✔️ Fluent in GERMAN & English (Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))
✔️ Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)
✔️ Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
✔️ Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis
✔️ Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
