Quality Analyst – SWEDISH Speaker

? What You’ll Do:

✅ Monitor, coach, and develop Reps to achieve quality goals

✅ Deliver training and support Team Leaders on performance plans

✅ Analyse data to spot trends and recommend improvements

✅ Manage quality systems and support operational projects

✅ Mentor auditors and provide feedback on tools and processes

? What You Need:

✔️ Fluent in SWEDISH & English (Proficiency in English (C1+) + the advertised language (C1+))

✔️ Min. 1 Year Experience in content moderation, Trust & Safety, or QA (social media industry a plus)

✔️ Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills

✔️ Confidence with Excel, reporting, and data analysis

✔️ Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure
