Fintech Central Bank Adviser ($500,000 tax free + bens)

- Extensive experience (14+ years) in one or more of the following areas:
- Proficiency in enterprise-wide risk management, portfolio management and investment analyses of technology sectors and Fintech firms, payment gateways/service providers ecosystem, or compliance with financial regulations
- In-depth understanding of financial institutions, markets, and infrastructures (payment and settlement systems, central securities depositories, securities settlement systems, central counterparties, etc.)
- Experience in research and development of innovative technologies and services in financial institutions or capital markets, particularly involving distributed ledger, blockchain, cryptography, smart contracts, or cloud databases
- Macroeconomic research and policy think-tanks:
- Proven track record in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing risk- or policy-oriented research for financial institutions, market infrastructure providers, rating agencies, research houses, or regulatory bodies
- Excellent understanding of contemporary economic, monetary, financial, and fiscal policies, with applied research in financial markets
- Risk, technology, and regulatory practitioners:

· Senior expertise in risk oversight and controls, technology/infrastructure providers, and policy enablers for emerging Fintech activities and platforms

Part B – Preferred but not essential requirements

- Keen understanding of the virtual/crypto asset ecosystem, ideally demonstrated through 2+ years of professional roles in:
- Either technical advisory, regulatory compliance, academic, or technology-based work relating to virtual assets (e.g., crypto-focused fund management, risk and technology advisory, economic research, and regulatory analysis of crypto assets or CBDCs and/or their underlying core technologies); or
- One or more types of activities or services underpinning its value chain (virtual asset service provider), including but not limited to issuance, validation, tokenization, exchange, trading, lending, custody/storage, payments, settlements, or asset management of virtual assets; or
- One or more types of virtual/crypto assets, including but not limited to:
- Regulated tokens (security or payment tokens, or tokenization of traditional financial and non-financial assets)
- Unregulated tokens (utility tokens, exchange tokens, native/stable coins)
