Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Co. Dublin Salary: €70,000 €90,000 Talent Curve Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading global construction company to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Dublin team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge projects with an organisation that has an exciting pipeline of upcoming work across Ireland. The Role Lead the preparation of project forecasts at contract award stage, ensuring strong financial foundations for success. Maintain accurate Cost to Complete and Risk Analysis Registers, actively managing financial risks and opportunities. Maximise cash flow through effective WIP control, cash flow reporting, and improvement strategies. Identify and manage commercial risks while driving value, efficiency, and cost savings. Oversee cost control measures to keep projects within budget. Contribute to work-winning initiatives, supporting technical writing for PQQ responses. Mentor and support junior commercial team members, encouraging growth and collaboration. Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment in full compliance with contractual requirements. What Were Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics. Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 5 years experience in a senior QS role.
