Our client is a leading investordeveloper focused on delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin Area. With a strong track record of successful developments and a pipeline of exciting new schemes, the company is seeking a Project/Development Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery of a landmark new construction project. Working closely with the Development Director, this position will be a key member of what is a small but highly experienced management team and offers an excellent opportunity for learning and career development. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring works carried out ensuring adherence with design, quality and programme benchmarks Acting as a key interface with utility providers, adjacent landowners, local authorities and project funders Managing the timely flow of information between architectural, engineering, civils and M&E design team members and contractors to avoid project bottlenecks and ensure project milestones are achieved The role will involve a mix of office and site-based responsibilities, overseeing the main contractor and associated design and civil engineering teams. It will also offer valuable exposure to front-end activities, including managing early-stage pipeline projects through feasibility, design, and planning phases. Candidates from both a construction or commercial management background will be considered and some exposure to a client side or design team management role would be a distinct advantage.
