Responsibilities

Optimize and accelerate our project and service delivery.

Take ownership of a global governance framework, establishing clear governance structures and policies, risk‑ and change‑management.

Manage a cross‑functional team and measure success by efficiency increase and quantifiable cost‑reduction.

Act as the key interface between executive leadership and global business functions, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, and timely decision‑making.

Ensure project and service delivery align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsible for global harmonization and standardization of processes, implementing consistent project‑management methodologies across regions.

Translate regional requirements into solutions, facilitating effective communication across different time zones and cultures.

Set up a global, reliable resource‑management report.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage, monitor and implement performance metrics, tracking and reporting on project and service performance.

Implement initiatives of high strategic importance striving for process excellence.

Organise and teach best practices, providing ongoing training and development for project managers.

Constantly seek ways to improve processes and project/ service delivery.

Collaborate among clients and internal teams for problem resolution.

Detect, investigate and optimise non‑functioning processes.

Analyse and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of client systems.

Your Profile

Excellent communication skills and native‑speaker level in English; third language preferred.

Proven ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders across global organisations.

Degree in Economics, Information Management or a related discipline (or equivalent).

Experience managing complex, international programmes, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Experience working in a matrix organisation, balancing corporate and local priorities.

Project‑management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Solid analytical skills.
