About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to fill the position of Head of Human Resources Grade VIII at National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to support the hospital's goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) membership.
- Minimum 5 years' experience at senior level in HR, with significant leadership and management experience.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Post-graduate qualification in Employment Law.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector, preferably in a hospital setting.
