Our client, an established/ reputable firm of accountants based in North Kildare/ Lucan, is currently seeking a strong Practice Accountant/ Audit Senior to join the team.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for conducting audits (two main client's T/O circa 30 million/ 50 million) along with general practice work accounts prep/ tax/ co sec etc
The role and practice will offer the excellent work/ life balance and autonomy along with genuine career progression to an Audit/ Practice Management position.
Key Responsibilities will include –
- Managing audits from start to finish
- Preparation of annual accounts for a wide variety of client SME – Large Groups
- Preparing and filing tax returns
- Ad hoc work which might arise
About you –
- You will be a Qualified Accountant – ACA/ ACCA /CPA
- Be familiar with relevant accounting/ auditing standards
- Have strong communication/ client management skills
- Have a proven ability to train and mentor junior members of staff
