About you:
The Senior Security and Compliance Analyst will serve as a senior technical specialist within the Security and Compliance function, supporting the Security & Compliance Lead in shaping and executing the security and compliance strategy across internal operations and client environments. They’ll take ownership of complex technical tasks, act as an escalation point, and play a key role in strengthening our security posture.
In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, the Senior Analyst will proactively identify risks, suggest improvements, and contribute to the development of security controls, processes, and compliance initiatives. They’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and external auditors to maintain alignment with frameworks such as Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, & ISO 27001, providing insights and recommendations into the wider security strategy led by the Security & Compliance Lead.
Day-to-day, you will:
Act as a subject matter expert for complex security incidents — investigating root causes, supporting long-term fixes, and keeping customers informed throughout
Help customers meet security certifications and standards like Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001, guiding them through the process step-by-step
Deliver security awareness training and phishing simulations to help customers stay alert and informed
Support junior team members and assist in improving how we handle security incidents or requests
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Experience with tools like Microsoft Defender, Intune, vulnerability scanners, and managing Windows patching
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST, and experience helping organizations achieve compliance
Strong documentation and communication skills — comfortable writing clear reports and explaining complex topics simply
An interest in staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
