offering assistance to guests to ensure they receive excellent service
Personal Qualities Required Excellent Customer Care Skills
Warm friendly personality
Fluent use of English Language both written and oral is essential
Work on your own initiative and part of a team
Excellent communication skills
To cope well under pressure
Highly motivated
Team player
Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist required
Knowledge of Opera PMS system is an advantage
Good computer skills
About the role It is a busy but very enjoyable and rewarding role with a great team to guide new recruits to ensure they are comfortable in their new role. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but applicants with customer service experience will be considered.
