What you offer

1. Develop and execute manual test plans as well as automated test scripts to verify the functionality, performance and reliability of applications.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
3. Create and maintain test data sets to support various testing scenarios, including positive and negative test cases.
4. Implement and maintain automated test frameworks, leveraging tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
5. Identify, analyze and report software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
6. Continuously monitor and improve test coverage and test efficiency through automation.
7. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
8. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to enhance testability and quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in automated testing and integration testing methodologies.
10. Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall improvement of the testing process.

Must have

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
3. Strong exposure to in Web Apps/ APIs (developed in .NET/C#) testing involving AWS Cloud implementations.
4. Strong exposure to setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for regression automation in AWS.
5. Good Exposure to Non-functional testing – Performance testing, Security testing, Vulnerability testing etc.
6. Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, or similar.
7. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
