Role Overview As Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Youll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and liaise with the project team to drive progress and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery Maintain site records and documentation Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments Strong knowledge of RC frame construction and precast systems Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent) Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant certifications Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on a landmark project
