Your new role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, enforce health and safety protocols, and liaise closely with the project management team to ensure smooth execution of works. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive productivity while maintaining a collaborative site culture.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectorStrong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsRelevant qualifications in construction management or engineeringSafe Pass and other relevant site certificationsWhat you'll get in return
