We are expanding our spa team and are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our team Key Requirements: Must be available weekends Flexible with hours Highly motivated with a positive attitude Strong communication, leadership, time management and organisational skills Reception experience desirable Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner. Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding spa services, pricing, and availability. Schedule and confirm appointments using booking software. Check clients in and out, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing. Maintain a clean, organized, and calming reception area. Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products to clients. Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations. Follow all safety, sanitation, and confidentiality guidelines.
