Microsoft Solution Architect Lead the design and delivery of large-scale, secure, user-focused enterprise solutions. Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical roadmaps and take ownership of the solution from architecture through to handover. Responsibilities: Own architecture and technical direction for complex transformation projects. Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and implementation plans. Lead design and delivery with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Review and approve designs, ensure non-functional requirements (security, resilience, scalability). Mentor engineers and contribute to standards and best practices. Support solution cost estimates and delivery risk planning. Required Experience: Strong architecture experience across application, data, infrastructure, and security. ERP integration expertise with Microsoft Business Central. Solid hands-on experience with .NET frameworks and related backend services. Proven track record in Azure. Experience designing and implementing modern data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and storage solutions. Familiarity with cloud adoption frameworks, DR strategies, and security best practices. Strong understanding of integration patterns and enterprise solution design. Proficiency in architecture modelling tools and structured delivery approaches. Stakeholder engagement, solution proposals, and cost estimation experience.
