We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the management and delivery of small to large-scale energy infrastructure schemes throughout Ireland. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, preferably from a design consultancy background, with demonstrated expertise in all phases of planning, design, and construction. The candidate will join our busy Transportation & Energy team based in our Dublin office. They should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, responsible, and collaborative, with experience in delivering multi-disciplinary designs, working closely with industry-leading clients and stakeholders. The role includes winning work, overseeing project delivery, client management, financial management, technical knowledge of site/route optioneering and appraisal, coordination of statutory approval process documentation, contract documentation, and management of construction activities.

Your purpose:

- Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality engineering services with a high level of quality assurance in accordance with relevant design standards and codes.
- Possess technical experience in developing linear infrastructure through all project lifecycle stages, including optioneering, appraisal, preliminary design, planning, detailed design, procurement, and construction stage administration via Public Works Contracts and/or NEC.
- Be chartered or close to achieving Chartership.
- Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and work within a budget and schedule, controlling costs and managing change processes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, client delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery.
- Willingness to develop and build client relationships.
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and think creatively.
- Proven experience, preferably in Ireland/UK, in effectively managing clients and external stakeholders both technically and commercially.
- Hold a full Irish/EU driving license.
