We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver outstanding B2B2C marketing campaigns. Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Multimedia Designer to join our J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions marketing team in Dublin. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers and copywriters, responsible for creating and delivering a range of marketing campaign assets across multiple channels. You will play a key role in scaling our offering worldwide. As a Multimedia Designer, you will harness your skills in graphic design, video creation, and animation to produce captivating campaign materials. You will be instrumental in building a library of scalable content and collateral that amplifies our marketing efforts across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce a diverse of multimedia content, including videos, animations, GIFs, graphics, display ads, infographics, microsites, and other design assets. - Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates and assets to streamline content creation processes. - Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant. - Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across all multimedia content. - Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices and channels. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. - Assist in the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimize content performance and engagement. - Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine and improve multimedia content. - Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity. Qualifications, Skills and Attributes: - 3-5 years of experience working in an in-house design studio or creative agency, delivering comprehensive large-scale multi-channel projects. - Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Animation skills in After Effects and editing skills in Premiere Pro are a must-have. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to urgent requests. - Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus. - An excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment. - Highly organized and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent oral and written English skills for effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment. - A strong portfolio featuring static and animated assets across all digital touchpoints and marketing campaign projects.
