Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Multimedia Designer to join our J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions marketing team in Dublin. In this role, you will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team of designers and copywriters, responsible for creating and delivering a range of marketing campaign assets across multiple channels. You will play a key role in scaling our offering worldwide. As a Multimedia Designer, you will harness your skills in graphic design, video creation, and animation to produce captivating campaign materials. You will be instrumental in building a library of scalable content and collateral that amplifies our marketing efforts across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a diverse array of multimedia content, including videos, animations, GIFs, graphics, display ads, infographics, microsites, and other design assets.

Develop and maintain a library of reusable design templates and assets to streamline content creation processes.

Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across all multimedia content.

Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and performance across devices and channels.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for upcoming campaigns.

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality content.

Assist in the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimize content performance and engagement.

Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine and improve multimedia content.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

3‑5 years of experience working in an in‑house design studio or creative agency, delivering comprehensive large‑scale multi‑channel projects.

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Animation skills in After Effects and editing skills in Premiere Pro are a must‑have.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to urgent requests.

Flexibility and adaptability to change direction based on team and stakeholder consensus.

An excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Highly organized and deadline‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent oral and written English skills for effective communication and collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.

A strong portfolio featuring static and animated assets across all digital touchpoints and marketing campaign projects.
