Job Summary

The Enterprise Learning Experience Consultant will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive learning solutions that align with the strategic goals of the Enterprise Talent Management COE. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development (L&D), stakeholder management, and program management. The consultant will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful deployment of learning experiences, leveraging advanced learning technologies and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- L&D End-to-End Partnership/Coordination:
- Partner as a Learning & Leadership Development consultant with Global and Regional COEs, HRPBs, and other HR functions, to understand their strategic needs and recommend learning solutions that support and enable our business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR Service Delivery, to develop and implement learning solutions that enhance the employee experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR IT, and HR ops teams to ensure the seamless integration of learning technologies and platforms
- L&D Consultancy and Experience Design:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert insights and recommendations, using knowledge of current trends, to position potential offerings based on stakeholders’ needs/feedback
- Support assigned internal customer groups by identifying learning challenges and training needs
- Provide strategic learning experience and instructional design consultancy for global L&D programs and experiences
- Design and develop learning solutions, including content curation, training materials, and evaluation tools.
- Facilitate demonstrations and ad hoc sessions.
- L&D Program Management:
- Execute the intake process, ensuring new project requests are reviewed and prioritized against the existing workloads
- Oversee the design, planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees
- Develop and manage project plans that include timelines, budgets, learning approach, schedule, responsibilities and resource allocations to ensure successful program delivery
- Contribute to creating and maintaining project processes and governance documents
- L&D Analytics:
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the impact of learning initiatives
- Continuously drive process improvement, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness of processes to deliver learning solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including Degreed, Udemy and Coursera, to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning content and experiences
- Coordinate vendor activities, review performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

- Hons Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- 7+ years in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, or enterprise training.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and learning technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.

Preferred:

- Certifications in Learning & Development
- Familiarity with AI-powered learning solutions and digital transformation trends.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Learning Experience Platforms (e.g., Degreed)
- Learning Management Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Data analytics tools for learning assessment
