About the Role As a Transfer Pricing Senior, you will: Lead transfer pricing projects end-to-end, including documentation, economic analysis, and benchmarking. Draft technical reports, intercompany agreements, and pricing strategies for intangibles, services, and cost allocations. Support clients during audits, disputes, and advisory engagements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tax, finance, legal, and operations. Coach junior team members and contribute to training initiatives. Manage budgets, billing, and project timelines while delivering high-quality outcomes. What You Bring 5 years of transfer pricing experience in a professional services environment. Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS, and local TP regulations. Hands-on experience with documentation, benchmarking, financial modelling, and technical reports. Analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data for clients. Experience with TP databases (CapitalIQ, RoyaltyStat, TP Catalyst) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
