Transfer Pricing Tax Director Location: Dublin Type: Full-time About the Role Our client is a leading professional services firm who are seeking a highly experienced and strategicTransfer Pricing Tax Director to lead their transfer pricing team. About the Opportunity The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing transfer pricing policies for clients while understanding their business operations and ensuring compliance with local and global tax regulations. This role is a unique opportunity for a: Senior Manager who is looking to progress professionally and take the next step in their career Director who is looking to take on a new challenge in a forward focused and growing firm where you can make an impact Key Responsibilities Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, gaining insight into their business needs and providing expert advice as required. Lead the transfer pricing team ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverable are completed at the highest standard. Apply in-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles to support clients across a variety of areas including intercompany transactions and business models to design and implement effective strategies. Advise clients on a wide range of transfer pricing issues including restructurings and valuations. Work with management to expand the transfer pricing service offering. Drive growth of team to ensure technical development of transfer pricing knowledge. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing. Strong technical expertise, particularly in international tax legislation, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
