Contract type: 6-9 months FTC Maternity Cover

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager who will join our Transformation and Change team.

Applicants should have previous Project Management experience and ideally have had exposure to a consulting, professional services or customer-facing environment.

- At least 5 years’ experience leading and delivering operational, or technology led transformation programmes.
- Ability to prioritize a wide variety of tasks, work with multiple schedules, manage resources while focusing on team goals. Able to adapt approach to suit varying requirements and a dynamic business environment while focusing on delivering outcomes.
- Proven track record of driving collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business functions.
- Experience in developing relationships with key decision-makers at senior levels.
- Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort in front of large and small audiences.
- The ability to develop highly engaging presentation materials to a high standard.
- Proactive in approach, self-starter with the drive to keep projects moving and require minimum supervision.
- Previous experience working in a professional services environment would be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

- Be accountable for the end-to-end execution of large and complex projects, engaging stakeholders across a range of functions to develop, define and deliver specific, measurable business objectives.
- Managing business change projects, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Build detailed project plans and supporting budgets. Track and measure progress to scope, schedule and cost and apply a systematic approach to changes.
- Measure project performance to defined KPIs that ensure business objectives are met.
- Develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
- Utilising your extensive experience in facilitating workshops across all levels of an organisation.
- Leading and working in a team environment where you will multi-task and produce quality client deliverables to budget and happening time.
- Presenting complex data and arguments in a way that is accessible to everyone, based on your strong written and oral communication skills.
