Fantastic HR Manager Role.
Talent Partners are currently looking to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of all people‑related activity across a team of around 60 employees, both on‑site and remote.
This is a standalone role for a hands‑on HR professional who can balance operational delivery with strategic impact. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to strengthen culture, guide people decisions, and align HR initiatives with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR matters, providing expert advice and practical support to managers and employees.
- Lead key people processes including performance reviews, appraisals, and objective setting.
- Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
- Partner with the leadership team to maintain and enhance a strong, positive workplace culture.
- Review and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
- Contribute to business strategy discussions, providing insight on people, structure, and workforce planning.
- Manage HR administration, contracts, and systems effectively and confidentially.
- Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and retention across the business.
The successful candidate should be:
- CIPD‑qualified (or equivalent) HR professional with proven generalist experience.
- Confident working autonomously in a standalone HR role.
- Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills and comfortable advising and challenging at senior level.
- Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in how people strategy supports business performance.
- Excellent knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
- Ideally have experience supporting both site‑based and remote teams.
About our client:
You will be joining an organisation with a genuinely strong culture, one that values collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. This role gives you the platform to shape how that culture evolves, working in partnership with the leadership team to ensure the business continues to thrive through its people.
