Overview Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Life Sciences — SSA is recruiting on behalf of an M&E Contractor for a pharmaceutical project located in North Dublin.
Responsibilities Compile variation claims and maintain schedules
Prepare CVR reports and cost forecasting
Subcontractor procurement and negotiation
Manage contractual correspondence with stakeholders
Support site-based project management on a large-scale, multi-phase development
About the role Site based on a large scale, multi-phase development with an approx. 12-18 month duration, reporting to the Senior QS. The role involves working on a pharmaceutical project and requires flexibility around remote and flexible working. No prior M&E contractor experience is required, though construction knowledge is advantageous.
About the company Our client is an industry-renowned M&E Engineering Contractor specialising in mechanical and piping systems, with a track record delivering complex packages for pharmaceutical companies throughout Ireland.

Position requirements Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
Open to Mechanical Engineers seeking a change of role
1+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
Previous contracting experience required
A full, clean driving licence
Valid working rights within Ireland
