Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Life Sciences — SSA is recruiting on behalf of an M&E Contractor for a pharmaceutical project located in North Dublin.
Responsibilities
- Compile variation claims and maintain schedules
- Prepare CVR reports and cost forecasting
- Subcontractor procurement and negotiation
- Manage contractual correspondence with stakeholders
- Support site-based project management on a large-scale, multi-phase development
About the role
Site based on a large scale, multi-phase development with an approx. 12-18 month duration, reporting to the Senior QS. The role involves working on a pharmaceutical project and requires flexibility around remote and flexible working. No prior M&E contractor experience is required, though construction knowledge is advantageous.

Our client is an industry-renowned M&E Engineering Contractor specialising in mechanical and piping systems, with a track record delivering complex packages for pharmaceutical companies throughout Ireland.

Position requirements
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Open to Mechanical Engineers seeking a change of role
- 1+ years post-graduate experience in a QS role
- Previous contracting experience required
- A full, clean driving licence
- Valid working rights within Ireland
