Role
We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team

Main Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Assistant

Follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.

Serve all guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.

Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the bar and restaurant.

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.

Ensure the correct uniform including name badge is worn at all times.

Presentable appearance and adherence to grooming standards in the staff handbook.

Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.

Report complaints and incidents to the manager or supervisor at the time.

Welcome guests and ascertain their dining/lodging needs.

Seat guests and manage the seating chart; monitor activity to manage seating and dining flow.

Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.

Perform opening and closing duties as needed.

Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.

Support fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships.
