The Role:

- Advise on complex employment law matters, including dismissals, contracts, discrimination, and TUPE
- Represent clients in contentious and non-contentious matters
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures
- Provide guidance to employers on compliance and best practices
- Manage relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality legal services

The Person:

- 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Excellent drafting and advisory skills
- Proven ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious caseloads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain client relationships
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
