Cork Salary: From €55,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at their pharmaceutical-compliant facility. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with GDP standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage warehouse staff to meet operational targets and service levels. Oversee goods receipt, picking, dispatch, and inventory control. Ensure GDP compliance and deliver ongoing training to warehouse staff. Coordinate deliveries and collections with hauliers, subcontractors, and customers. Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping, and facility upkeep. Monitor warehouse performance and generate operational reports. Support business implementations and contribute to continuous improvement. Ensure safe handling of dangerous goods and maintain site security. What Our Client Is Looking For Proven experience supervising a warehouse team. Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated warehouse environment (GDP preferred). Strong organisational and leadership skills. Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse processes. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
