Job Title: Client Assets Control Specialist

Location: Dublin

Role Description
The Client Assets Control Group Core team has responsibility for daily client money calculations and oversight activities to ensure the accurate protection of client funds and assets on a daily basis. Joining this team provides learning and growth potential within an innovative and dynamic team with global reach. The role offers exposure to CACG processes and responsibilities across the global team. Experience in oversight of complex processes, process improvement, and team leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead team to ensure complete and accurate daily Client Money reconciliations required under EMEA regulation, across different approaches to client money lock up.

Coordinate triage of technology and other events under tight timeframes ensuring adherence to internal guidelines.

Communicate complex information concisely to senior managers, often in high pressure circumstances.

Assist in the review and improvement of processes.

Prepare management information for senior management and interested business groups.

Working knowledge of Excel and the ability to perform analytical reviews.

Knowledge of Client Assets rules is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
